TERMS OF USE
The designs, layouts, HTML documents on this site remain the sole property of Shadow Web Graphics and may not be reproduced for ANY reason. Images from artists and photographers are their property and retain their copyright. Please read these terms of use before purchasing or downloading anything from this site. By using any of our graphic sets, you indicate that you understand and accept our terms of use and agree to be legally bound by them.

General Terms
You MAY NOT alter, change, colorize, resize, or modify any of our graphics in
any way. This includes mixing our sets or using our sets with others.
You MAY NOT use our graphics on any site that contains, promotes or supports
animal cruelty, child abuse, pornography or racism.
You MAY NOT link directly to any of the graphics on this site, as that is
bandwidth theft and is illegal. We will report any offender to their
Internet Provider.
You MAY NOT redistribute, resell, claim our designs as your own creation,
offer them as downloads from your site or given away in any manner.
You MAY NOT convert our graphics into tubes, filters, masks, email stationery,
sig tags, cards or include them in any collection for download.

Additional Terms for Exclusive, Shareware & Linkware Designs
Exclusive Designs are sold to ONE personal only and may be used on personal
or commercial sites. Once a set is sold, it will be permanently removed from our
inventory and will no longer be available to the public.
Shareware Designs are for personal websites only and MAY NOT be used on
sites that sell (or attempt to sell) anything. There will be a limit of five (5)
purchasers ONLY for each shareware design. Once this limit has been reached,
the set will be removed from our inventory and will no longer be available to
the public.
Linkware Designs are for personal websites only and MAY NOT be used on
sites that sell (or attempt to sell) anything.

Shadow Web Graphics retains the copyright of all finished products and a link back to our site, in the form of a text link or matching logo image is mandatory on any pages that contain our Exclusive, Shareware or Linkware designs. A page of "credits" is NOT acceptable. Please refer your links to:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL (no refunds) so please be sure that your intended use is in compliance with these terms and that you know how to use our sets. We are sorry but we do not offer tutoring as time constraints do not afford us to do so.
